The world is on the move and people are traveling more than they ever did. Whether for businessor pleasure, people are visiting new cities and countries, even in remote parts of the world. All these are great motivations for the travel, aviation, and hospitality industry. Al Madheef is an answer for the rapid growth in the aviation sector in Dubai, and Dubai World Central(DWC) in specific with its intended position as a transportation hub, especially in the recent decade, and a call to insure and retrieve the Arab hospitality.

DWC the self contained city with its airport would represent a signifcant pole of attraction especially for industrial, office and service employment. This result in an even larger demand for housing, community facilities and services. By offering speedy distant market connectivity to aerotropolis businesses, the airport provides important value to these businesses. Aerotropolis business, in return generate additional passengers and cargo for all airports, resulting in reciprocal benefits. The hospitality and retail district has the potential to become the Aerotropolis core.
